- What days do you operate?Tuesday to Saturdays!
- What are order timelines? Please note that cut off time for next day delivery is 1pm. FOR PHALAENOPSIS ORCHID STEM ORDERS - 3 Day pre order is required. This does not include planed orchids. Only stems in personalised boxes or wrapped.
- How do I see more of your work?We endeavour to post most of our work on our Instagram page. Be sure to be following for exciting updates and special orders going out.
- How do I get in contact with you?Email is the best way to reach us. Get in touch on email athello@bymihailo.com.au. Our team are prompt and will get back to you ASAP.
- Where do you deliver?Located in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne (South Morang, 3752), we offer FREE delivery within 5km. However we also cover many close by areas, please visit our delivery information page.
- What are the delivery charges?We have a range of free, $10 , 15 & $ 20 delivery zones. You can view the suburbs and delivery charges here. The delivery charge will need to be added at checkout.
- Can I pre-order or have something special made for me?Yes you can! We would love to hear from you if there is something you had in mind, we would love to consult with you and see if we can make it come to life. Just email us or contact us
- Can I add delivery notes to my order?Sure can! Any additional information to assist our delivery drivers is always appreciated. Please include delivery notes, or any additional information in the customer notes section once you have added the item to your shopping cart.
- How do I edit an order?If you need to make an update to an order, please send the update along with your order number to hello@bymihailo.com.au
- What time are your deliveries?Deliveries start from 11am each day and run until we have personally delivered every bunch for the day. Schools are delivered by 3:30pm and businesses by 5pm, however some deliveries may be delivered up and until 6pm. Please ensure that you include the school or business name in your order.
- Can I request a specific delivery time?At By Mihailo we endeavour to accomodate special requests for specific delivery times, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. In the case the recipient will not be or is not home, the flowers/gifts will be left safely. If you need a delivery to be prior to a certain time, please place a comment in the 'notes' section during your checkout.
- What do I do if an item I want to purchase is sold out?We re-stock items regularly. Please check back at a later stage.
- Are the flowers delivered in water?Our bunches are wrapped at the base of the stems with wet padding, which will keep the flowers hydrated for up 8 hours. Any arrangements in vases will be delivered in water.
- What happens if no one is home to accept delivery?If no one is home to accept your order, our drivers will always try their best to complete every delivery. If no one is home, our drivers will leave your order in the safest place possible.
